Process: Delivery

Is this the end or the beginning?

For web projects, your company's IT/ISP standards, server type, configuration and other details are captured so that there won't be any surprises come hand-off day. You won't have to worry about incompatible file names, extensions, plug-ins, scripts, MIME types or firewall faux pas.

Key server admin contacts, delivery dates and methods are established well in advance. Back-ups of all file assets, including the entire project, are made along the way. Customer-Centered Interactive's standard agreement ensures that code has been commented, supporting documents are sent with your communications/software, and more.

We began this Process Tour with the paradox that every project begins at the end. We end it conversely: the end is really the beginning, as communications/software needs care, feeding, and room to grow as well.
